What does the killing of Bin Laden really mean?

I am extremely pleased to hear that Osama is dead. It finally feels as though there has been partial justice done for the 9/11 attacks. Although I would have liked to see him hang on live national tv. However, hust because he is dead, terrorist are not going to stop trying to kill Americans. THis will probably only enrage them more. There are thousands of terrorist out there, and now the only question is who is going to take over is postion as the figurehead of the bad people in the world, its only a matter of time. I do think it is now time to end the two wars that are going on in the Mid East. This was the only clear goal for the war in Afgahnistan. We should now use our troops to protect the United States. We should focus on defense instaed of the offinsive. Yes the best defense is a good offense, but at what cost. We should focus on intelligence in learning what they will do and identifying terrorists and stopping them as they try to act out there plans. We can no longer afford to continue our campaigns in the mid east. The money should go to border protection and intell services. Our next major problem I foresee coming is with the drug cartels in mexico. More and more americans are being kiddnapped everyday along the border. We need to focus on keeping the mexican violence on the south side of the fense. One thing that I feel will help to eliminate a majority of the violence is by legalizing weed. This would create jobs in the United States, by createing farmers and companies that grow sell and transport the pot to stores. It would also create a large revenue for the govt. in the form of taxes. I heard one estimate of up to $60 billion a year in profit for the mexican drug cartels with about 80% to 90% of that form weed. If pot was legal that money would stay in America instaed of heading south. The violence would also decrease because there would be for les profits to the powerful drug cartels. Its really funny how the richest person in the world is a person that is in the mexican communications business. I have no proof that some of the money comes from drugs, but I can put two and two together.

The government that we elected has failed to do its job and the only people getting hurt is the average american. $4 a gallon for gas. Are you serious? WE have oil in this country, probably enough that we would not need to import half of what we are doing. If the government would start allowing American companies to drill new wells in Alaska and off the coast of America, it would pull us out of recession, lowere gas prices and allow the average citizen to have more money to spend on the things that we need to survive. And if the government taxed the oil it could pull the country out of debt, adn allow us to have the worlds greatest economy once again. Why do they not want this to happen? Because O'bama and the rest of the polititians, Democrats and Republicans alike want the prices to be higher. The dont care about the citizens, the only reason they are in politics is to make money and write laws so that the can become even richer, greedy bastards. It is time that we start a revolution in America, yes just like the middle east. It is time that we stand up against the government, who has been screwing over the citizens for quite along time now. We need to replace all elected officals with people that will actually do what there going to say and actually care about the people of this country. I'm talking about electing average Americans, not rich people who just want more power. Let's vote in people that actually care about their fellow citizens. O'bama said the other day that foreign aid is less than one percent of the budget. Complete Lies. Hes not taking in to account all the money spent by the military in Iraq and Libya and other places as foreign aid. I completely agree with supporting the troops, we should give them everything they need and want to fight in order to save there lifes, but we could keep them safe and save money by doing one simple thing, keep them out of other countries wars. Why are we in Iraq's civil war? We need to let other countries deal with there own problems. We made it through our Civil War and became a better country and we should let them go through theres. Yes its a little longer, but thats not a problem. Country building is the dumbest idea the government has come up with. If they want to do that we should charge that country or build the country up and then take over, that way there is a reason to do this. since we are putting so much money into Iraq, America should get all the proceeds from the Iraqi oil production to fund there new country. Yes we need to kill terrorist, but we do not need to help rebuild a town after we bomb the hell out of it, let them worry about that. If they didnt want to get bombed in the first place then they shiould not be hiding these terrorist, its there own fault. I believe that we should elect a complete new government replacing every elected offical with some one that cares about the people and who is not going to make empty promises during the campaign, just to have his own agenda after the vote.
